With the many decisions to be made we want you to make informed choices so that you can enjoy your new space for years to come.
We recognise that most of our clients have not gone through the process of installing a new kitchen for at least 10 years (some as much as 25 years or more). Not only has the kitchen industry changed a lot in that time, we have all changed too, our circumstances, our income, our family situation. It is not uncommon for client’s expectations to be based on a past installation, but I urge you not to fall into that trap. Open your mind, raise your expectations and immerse yourself in what’s new.
Over the years Saffron’s desire to constantly improve and best serve our clients has led to a 7-step process, unlike any other you will come across. It is designed around you, the customer; with the goal of efficient use of time and the use of modern technologies where appropriate.

The magic starts when your designer collates your wishes including the results of discussions and puts on his special design hat. Either working from building plans or on-site measurements, within a few days they will produce some photo realistic 3D renders of your new proposed kitchen space. This can include a 360⁰ panoramic render giving you the ability to walk through your new kitchen at your own pace as if it were real.

Your designer will invite you back to run through your designs and explain the thought process behind his/her concepts. Any changes will be discussed, noted and made before enlisting Saffron for your project.
Step 5: Installation of your kitchen
Time to sit back and let us take over. From a second measure to make sure everything fits right through to installation by trusted professionals you will be in safe hands. Your project manager will be in regular contact to answer and questions you may have, address any concerns and make sure your project runs smoothly. For more complex installations requiring multiple trades you will receive a schedule of works so you know what order things will be happening. If your project is part of an extension we will dovetail with your builder and take the hassle away from you.
Step 6: Moving in and inviting friends and family
Inconvenience over, now is the time you realise it was all worth it. Like a kid at Christmas or the time you bought a new car, the excitement of re-stocking your cupboards… organised just the way you imagined. And exploring your new appliances to practice cooking the perfect dish for when the family comes over. It’s inevitable, if they knew you were installing a new kitchen they will want to see it when it’s done.
Step 7: Aftercare
It doesn’t end there. Our customers become customers for life. We offer an on-going aftercare service for as long as you are in your home. Even if you need a part replaced in 10-15 years time, get in touch and we will be there. It’s our lifetime guarantee. And as a little thank-you for the business you will be on the priority list for all events and functions we hold annually.
