helen and tim started a major home renovation with Saffron Interiors
Focusing on a 13-meter extension for an open plan kitchen and living area. They chose Saffron, drawn by its local reputation and the impressive Gigha Shaker In-Frame kitchen.
they wanted a kitchen that combined family life with their love of hosting, centering around a large island for seating and serving.
The design also included a dedicated coffee and breakfast area.

The project faced challenges, particularly in planning and construction. Roof height changes impacted the installation of tall cabinetry. The Saffron team quickly adapted, modifying cabinetry to fit the new dimensions.
Lead designer Bryan and the couple selected a color palette to enhance the space’s light and warmth.
