Working with local builders, Design Intent, we carefully planned a partial knock-through to open up the connection between the kitchen and step-down living area. A new window was also introduced, bringing natural light into the space and making it feel brighter and more inviting.

This kitchen showcases our Kintyre Painted Shaker cabinetry in the deep and dramatic ‘Sumburgh Midnight’. The rich blue finish brings depth and sophistication to the room, while the simple shaker profile keeps the look timeless. Paired with light quartz surfaces and enhanced by a more open layout, the cabinetry creates a strong design foundation that feels both classic and contemporary.

The Michealangelo quartz worktops, supplied by LQS, provide a luxurious yet practical surface. Their smooth finish and subtle veining add lightness to the room while offering durability that stands up to everyday use.
