From the moment you visit our Showroom you will notice that we are different. Engrained in our culture and one of our core values as a business is to be objective.
We are all different, live differently and therefore have different requirements when it comes to our kitchens. What is a great choice in product selection for one may not be right for another. Our job as experts is to listen carefully to elicit your wants and desires, narrow down the options that fit your requirements and objectively present those options to you. This allows you (the person who is going to live with your kitchen for the next 20 years) to make informed choices.
We will guide you through the entire process and through the mirid of small choices that need to be made to get the kitchen of your dreams.
It all starts with our ‘working showroom’. We believe that to make informed choices nothing beats seeing, feeling and hearing for yourself. We have all our appliances powered up so that you can see why induction hobs have taken over from gas hobs, steam ovens are a healthy way of steaming your veg and combination microwave ovens save you time as well as space.
Join us for a design consultation and enjoy a speciality coffee that will knock the socks off high street baristas or, if you prefer, a brew straight from our boiling water Quooker tap. Either way, if you would like this for daily use in your own kitchen, you can experience it first-hand – just the way it should be.
We may not have the largest showroom in Surrey, full of empty displays showing different kitchen styles. What’s the point? After all we would need a showroom the size of a football field if we were to show every kitchen style and colour combinations. Instead, all our designers have invested in the most advanced courses available in order to get the most out of our cutting-edge design software to create the most realistic representation of your proposed new kitchen. Don’t just take my word for it – see our case studies and compare the designs to the end result to make your own mind up.
And empty displays?
We don’t know anyone who has empty kitchen cupboards. So how can you make an informed decision about which corner carousel to choose or how well the soft close on the drawers work if they are empty?
Here at Saffron we have very carefully thought through exactly what to display, maximising every millimetre of space and filled our displays with groceries so you can test drive them the way they would be in your kitchen.
Even after your kitchen installation we invite you to our regular cookery demonstrations. These events are ideal to help you get the most of your new appliances, being more adventurous than using just 2 functions – namely fan oven and grill. Informal, relaxed and fun, our appliance expert will cook up an astonishing number of dishes in a couple of hours all selected to demonstrate the functionality of the ovens and hobs.
We encourage you to give us the opportunity to help you. After all, if you are serious about wanting a new kitchen what do you have to lose? Simply take the first step and schedule a consultation with one of our designers today. There is no obligation and by the end of it, at the very least, you will feel more informed and have a clearer picture.
